Viewing Your Flows
Cambigo provides multiple views to work with your workflows, each optimized for different tasks.
View Types
Dashboard View
The dashboard is your home base for managing all your flows.
Features:
- See all your flows at a glance
- View recent activity
- Create new flows
- Open existing flows
- Manage offline flows
When to use: Starting work, switching between flows, or managing your workflow library.
Table View
Table View presents your workflow in a spreadsheet-like interface.
Features:
- Add, edit, and delete steps
- Reorder steps with drag-and-drop
- See step details at a glance
- Bulk add multiple steps
- Quick inline editing
When to use: Building and editing workflows, organizing steps, or making structural changes.
Document View
Document View displays your workflow as a formatted, readable document.
Features:
- Professional document layout
- Formatted text and headings
- Attachments and images displayed inline
- Reference links included
- Customizable what content to show
When to use: Reviewing workflows, presenting to stakeholders, or preparing for export.
Sharing View
Sharing View lets you manage external access to your flows.
Features:
- Create share links
- Set expiration dates
- Configure view limits
- Monitor active shares
- Revoke access
When to use: Sharing workflows with team members or external collaborators.
Switching Between Views
Use the view selector in the header to switch between views:
- Click the current view name in the header
- Select the view you want from the dropdown
- The view will switch immediately
Your place in the workflow is preserved when switching views.
Customizing Document View
Document View offers extensive customization options to control what appears in your workflow document.
Using Filters
Click the Filters or Settings button in Document View to customize what's displayed:
Metadata Filters:
- Title and description
- Author and version
- Creation and update dates
- Tags and status
Content Filters:
- Step descriptions
- Notes and context
- Flags and dispositions
- Interview information
- Data requirements
- Attachments
- Reference links
Display Options:
- Show/hide field names
- Include section headings

Choosing a Theme
Cambigo offers three document themes:
- Cambigo Theme: Enhanced styling with colors and visual elements
- Plain Theme: Clean, minimal styling for simple documents
- Formal Theme: Professional styling for business documents
Select your theme from the theme dropdown in the Document View toolbar.
Working in Each View
Dashboard Workflow
- Browse your flows - Scroll through your flow library
- Search - Use the search box to find specific flows
- Filter - Show only online or offline flows
- Open - Click a flow to open it in Table View
- Create - Click New Flow to start a new workflow
Table View Workflow
- Add steps - Use the Add Step button or Bulk Add
- Edit - Click any step to open the editor
- Reorder - Drag and drop steps to rearrange
- Delete - Select steps and use the delete function
- Switch to Document - View the result as you build
Document View Workflow
- Review - Read through the entire workflow
- Adjust filters - Show only what's relevant
- Select theme - Choose the appropriate styling
- Export - Save as Word or JSON
- Return to editing - Switch back to Table View for changes
Sharing View Workflow
- Create link - Generate a new share link
- Configure - Set expiration and view limits
- Copy - Copy the link to share
- Monitor - Check view counts and status
- Revoke - Delete links that are no longer needed
